The owner of SLC QI Community Acupuncture - Matt Jevtic L.A.c - is opening Salt Lake Postpartum Center. In the spirit of the community clinic, Salt Lake Postpartum Center's goal is to create access to care and a culture of support for mothers. ​

Eastern medicine has well established traditions of nourishing the mother back to health after childbirth. In fact, there is an entire branch of Chinese Medicine specifically dedicated to the months after birth.
Chinese medicine can significantly enhance postpartum recovery of the Mind-Body-Spirit.​
​With an intentional approach the postpartum chapter can be seen as a blessing that is well-deserved. This devoted care can be a routine and standard practice for all mothers. ​
